3 Ways to Organise and Store Christmas Decorations

Whilst you may have only just put up your Christmas decorations, it’s never too early to think about what you are going to do when they all have to come back down and stored away for another year. Although you might think it a little silly to be worrying about how to organise and store your Christmas decorations. I promise you that you will be so thankful that you took the extra time and effort now. I don’t think anyone is a fan of unravelling Christmas lights or finding a precious bauble smashed as it was packed correctly.

Wrapping the Christmas presents – How to make things easier

When it comes to preparing for Christmas one of the things on my priority list is wrapping paper. Whilst almost everyone wraps their presents (unless you are a gift bag kind of person) I like my wrapping to be organised. As well as being organised, I like to dedicate wrapping supplies to each recipient to make my life and the task of wrapping gifts that bit easier.

What Piglet Wore | Belle of the ball

For some of us, finding that perfect festive outfit can be somewhat of a challenge. Having an idea in our head of what we would like to wear, the style, the colour etc. You can trawl the shops, your internet search history has variations of look you are hoping to achieve. But nothing that we come across ticks all the boxes. However, for Piglet, her special festive party dress was spotted back in July – how I wish I could be that organised!

Four gifting principles | The preschooler edition

The four gifting principles is a simple approach to adding things onto wishlists, however, with a little extra thought going into the items that are added. Taking a look at the item that they are wishing to add and seeing whether it falls under one of the four categories. After which thinking whether or not it is something that they will utilise or just adding it just because they can.

Family film nights #StudioStylers [AD]

Visiting the cinema, especially as a family can be quite expensive. Especially when you factor in travel costs, parking, cinema tickets and any sweet treats. A great way to counteract this is by hosting family film nights. Something that can be easy to arrange with some of the same fun and treats of visiting the cinema.

Why picnics are perfect for summer – come rain or shine!

When it comes to the cost of summer, after paying out for holidays and days out, food can be the next biggest expense. Especially if you are heading on days out to theme parks, attractions but also to the beach, local woodlands and parks. One of the ways that we help to reduce the cost of these days out is to take food with us and enjoy summer picnics wherever we are going for the day.

How to host a festival in your garden #StudioStylers [AD]

Whilst I won’t be attending organised festivals I will be hosting my own (or two) from the comfort of my own back garden. So in case either you are like me and love the idea of a festival but don’t fancy roughing it for a few days or aren’t able to make any of the festival dates. Let me show you how you can throw a festival in your garden.
