Roo was delighted when we were asked to review the My Way! Spinbrush from Arm & Hammer. As soon as it arrived she couldn’t wait to open it and start choosing her sticker design.
The Spinbrush comes with 141 stickers to choose from and comes many ages groups, including an alphabet sheet so they add their name (saves arguments if you have more than one child). Available in both boys and girls designs, they come with the battery supplied and installed (always a bonus).
The My Way! Spinbrush is designed to appeal to children’s love of gadgets and as many adults now use electric toothbrushes they feel really grown up just like Mum and Dad.
How Roo got on:
She really enjoyed choosing and placing the stickers, making sure she had just the right number on there
Roo said that the brush was not too hard on her teeth and that they felt really clean afterwards. She did struggle a little with the ‘gem’ on-off switch as you need to hold the switch forward whilst brushing and she kept letting go.
Overall:
Roo loved the My Way! Spinbrush, especially being able to personalise it. I only have one niggle, as yet the brush head are not replaceable so you would need to purchase a whole new brush every 3 months (dentists recommend changing your toothbrush every 3 months).
Saying that at £5.99 I would be quite happy to buy this for a child’s birthday or Christmas present, Roo attends so many birthday parties and this would make a great alternative present to toys.
