Tuna, sweetcorn & cheese pitta pocket
Ingredients
- 1 Warburtons white sandwich pitta
- Low-fat spread
- 50g tuna – in spring water
- 1 tablespoon of sweetcorn (15g)
- 10g/few thin slices of a small red onion (optional)
- 20g of finely grated cheddar cheese
- Handful of bistro salad leaves (15g)
- Dash if balsamic vinegar
Method
- Split white snadwich pitta
- Spread low-fat spread in both halves
- Fill each half with grated cheese, tuna in spring water, sweetcorn and red onion
- Sprinkle with balsamic vinegar
