Warburtons – Chicken Supreme Recipe

A supreme chicken sandwich using Warburtons Sandwich Thins

Ingredients

• 2 Warburtons sandwich thins
• 2 tsp low-fat mayonnaise
• Approximately 10 slices of cucumber
• Approximately 10 slices of red onion
• 1 cooked skinless chicken
• Handful of rocket lettuce, washed

Method

1. Slice the cucumber into 10 thin slices
2. Slice the red onion into 10 fine slices
3. Spread the 2 bottom halves of the Warburtons sandwich thins with the mayonnaise
4. Arrange the cucumber and red onion to each bottom half
5. Slice the chicken breast and season, place half of the slices on each sandwich
6. Add some rocket to either sandwich and add the top halves of the sandwich thins
