Ingredients:

  • 1 package filo pastry (ready rolled sheets)
  • 8oz yoghurt (your favourite brand and flavour)
  • 15 fresh raspberries
  • Cupcake tray

Directions:

  1. Using the filo pastry sheets make filo shells
  2. Once the filo shells are ready, rinse raspberries in water
  3. Spoon yoghurt into a piping bag (or zipper bag and cut off one end if you have no piping bags available)
  4. Pipe yoghurt into filo casings
  5. Top each with a raspberry
