kcalA modern twist on traditional ‘smores using Jacob’s Cream Crackers – perfect for parties, bonfire night and munching on family film nights
Ingredients
24 Jacob’s Cream Crackers
120g Nutella
12 large marshmallows
100g 70% choc
30g toasted crushed hazelnuts
Directions
- Melt your chocolate in a microwave or using a bain-marie
- Put your marshmallows in a microwave on full power for around 30 seconds until they begin to melt – if 30 seconds is not long enough continue in 10 second bursts until you get the desired outcome
- Spread your toasted marshmallow on to a Jacob’s Cream Cracker and top with a thick layer of Nutella
- Sandwich another Cracker on top and dip the top side in a coating of melted chocolate
- Sprinkle with toasted hazelnuts and cool before eating
