Have you heard about NERGI®? I’ll be completely honest with you and say that up until a few weeks ago I hadn’t heard of NERGI® so I won’t be offended if you haven’t heard of the fruit berry. However over the past few weeks I have been enjoying them a naturally sweet snack as well as adding them into my family meals.
What is a NERGI®?
NERGI® is a fruit berry that is sure to sweeten the end of the summer break. Its sugary taste with a slight acidic tang will seduce even the most reluctant taste buds. In a handy package, it can be taken everywhere and eaten at any time of the day. And they can even be cooked in delicious recipes!
NERGI® nutritional qualities
Brimming over with health benefits, NERGI® is full of vitamins, minerals and fibres, vital for our body to function properly and for our well-being.
Ways to eat NERGI®
There are so many different ways to eat NERGI® whether you are looking for the perfect snack for the children after school, something to pop in your bag and enjoy the naturally sweet fruit berry whilst you are out and about or incorporating it into your family meals.
Salad – “N’ERGY” salad
Whether you’re looking for a salad to accompany a main meal or one to munch for lunch, the “N’ERGY” salad adds that special bite.
Main meal – Sweet and sour NERGI® wok dish
I’m always looking for new ways to jazz up our evening meals without making more work for myself. Adding in NERGI® is so easy with no peeling required simply slice in half and add into the dish.
Dessert – NERGI® in disguise
A great way to jazz up NERGI® is to dip them in different flavoured chocolate then finishing off with some fun toppings. This will not only get the children involved but it makes them handy and easy to eat.
Boo Roo and Tigger Too’s thoughts…
I’m always on the lookout for something new to add into my daily diet that is nutritious, easy to eat/incorporate into meals etc whilst at the same time is delicious to eat. As NERGI® are full of vitamins and minerals I can feel good about these baby kiwi for snacking on whilst having the option to add them into my family meals to add in that extra flavour.
