Many moons ago when I was just a teenager I had my heart set on joining the forces and seeing the world. To get me ready for joining up when I was old enough I joined a couple of the cadet forces, one of which I met one of my oldest friends. Anyway, during my time with the cadet forces I learned many things including how to fold clothing so that it was no bigger than an A4 sheet of paper, trust me it is not easy and has to be re-done many, many times until you get it right. So when flip-fold.co.uk got in touch with me about reviewing the Flip-Fold I will admit to giving out a little squeal (sad I know but hey I’m easily pleased).
Now you might all be sitting there reading this and thinking ‘but I don’t need to fold my clothes to the size of an A4 sheet of paper‘, well no you don’t but how many times have you stood and ironed tops for them just to be scrunched up in the drawers? When we recently renovated our upstairs last year we installed a little walk in wardrobe in an old over the stairs cupboard. This is wear Mr Boo keeps all his clothes, although the shelves aren’t wide enough to take two piles next to each other if folded the normal way, with the Flip-Fold they not only fit but allow him to see which t-shirt etc. he is getting out before rummaging through the whole pile and making a complete mess.

Whilst I’m having fun folding and organising mine and Mr Boo’s clothing I decided to get Roo in on the action and she now folds up all hers and Tigger’s clothing before I pop them away in their drawers. She gets to help Mummy, I have one less job to do, a win = win situation… even better when you have folding competitions.
Now I don’t want to give you the impression that the Flip-Fold is just for t-shirts, tops, shirts and jumpers… it is great for folding towels and even bed linen.
Available in a choice of six colours; black, blue, grey, orange, pink or purple the Flip-Fold can be purchased in an adult size, junior size or an adult and junior combo pack from flip-fold.co.uk
Disclosure: We received an adult and a junior Flip-Fold FOC for the purpose of review.
