I think I can safely say we are a McCain family, from their ready baked jacket potatoes which are great for making a fast but delicious lunch. Their wedges in a variety of flavours which helps Mr Boo get that added spice in his life without the preparation needed beforehand.
So when McCain contacted me regarding their Hash Browns, I was of course happy to accept them to review.

McCain have challenged me to make and enjoy a delicious breakfast incorporating McCain Hash Browns. So as it was Father’s Day I decided to treat Mr Boo to a fabulous Breakfast Bagel…
Ingredients
Bagels – I used plain but you could add flavoured variety if you wanted
Sausages – Being a northerner only Cumberland sausage will do but again you could use a different variety
Bacon – Smoked or unsmoked, depending on taste
Cheese – Either cheese slices or grated

Method
With the hash browns just 190kcals per serving, they are in fact the healthiest thing in the breakfast bagel… A great excuse to include them in many more recipes.
