Roo is approaching that difficult age between being a small child and a teenager, more fondly recognised as the Tween years. The Tween age makes them want to be older than they are, whilst their parents are desperately trying to slow time down and keep them interested in the toy trains or dolls that they once lived for.

Time keeping
As we go through our lives we start to understand the importance of time keeping. Making sure we get up earlier enough to complete every thing we need to do before we head on out for the day. Get lost in a book
They say that reading is becoming a dying art, and that children would rather be doing anything other than reading a book – I disagree with this, finding a book or even a series of books that they are interested in is the key to the success of getting a tween lost in a book.
Take the Harry Potter books they took the world by storm when they were first released, however they continue to be bought year after year for the next generation of Harry Potter fans. So why not treat your Tween to the story books behind the award winning films.
