If you were over on Twitter last night you might have seen something trending that you might not have been aware of before. Introducing the latest unpacking craze for youngsters – BLUME dolls! Forgot all the others that you have seen, it’s time to sprinkle a little water and see who grows.
Blume Dolls
A little bit of water reveals a whole lot of magic in the outrageous world of BLUME! Anything but ordinary, BLUME dolls come hidden inside flower pots just waiting to be discovered they need is you! Best of all, who you grow and what’s inside is a total surprise! Each BLUME doll features unique, over-the-top hairstyles and outfits that can be interchanged with other dolls.
The flower pot comes packed with 10+ surprises that include fashion shoes, a sticker sheet, and a mini friend, as well as a secret playset.
Whilst children love these styles of toys, parents are often reluctant to purchase due to the amount of excess packaging associated with them. However, Blume Dolls understands parents concerns and have kept the packaging to a minimum. With the flower pot able to be used as a prop during playtime as well as storing all the accessories and Blume Doll inside when not in play.
Who did we BLUME?
Ahead of the Twitter party yesterday we were sent three Blume Dolls to blume and interact with. With Piglet loving these as soon as she saw the flower pots, her eyes widening when I sprinkled water on top of the first one and it started to blume in front of her.
We’ve managed to blume two Blume Dolls from the Adorable collection – Tess (green and white swirly hair) and Celine (pink and purple crystal hair). As well as one of the Super Rare Blume Dolls Skye (blue clouds and rainbow hair).
What do you get with each of the Blume Dolls?
- Flowerpot
- Sticker sheet
- Watering can
- Instruction leaflet (plus collectors sheet on the reverse)
- Blume Doll
- Interchangeable outfit (top, bottom and footwear)
- A fake mirror which doubles as a standing platform
- Accessory – handbag
- Mini friend
What we thought of Blume dolls
Piglet has been playing with these ever since we bloomed them. Loving the different accessories and flowerpots. Although Roo and her friend did get a telling off from her for switching the hair around on the three Blume Dolls – it appears that Piglet prefers them to keep their original hair.
Given the range of accessories included with each Blume Dolls and that they are able to interchange with each other, I think that they are great. Piglet is loving them and I can see us looking to add some additional ones to her collection.
