Beach Haven: New Wave Diamond
Main Foyer
The main entrance to the Beach Haven: New Diamond holiday home welcomes you into your accommodation for the duration of your stay. A mirror with a utility shelf underneath is perfect for popping keys, sunglasses etc down. With a small heater underneath to warm you up as soon as you enter. Leading off the main foyer is the entrance to the main living area, entrances to the three bedrooms, the shower room with WC as well as a utility cupboard that houses a few cleaning utensils.
Open Plan Living Area
For the ease of family life and to provide a light open feel to the holiday home the main living area has been left as an open plan space. With patio doors leading out to the side deck, plus a door that leads to the front decked area where the hot tub is located.
Living Area
A built-in seating area provides seating for everyone during your stay, complete with a coffee table and two cushioned stools that fit underneath the table. A wall-mounted 40” flat screen TV with DVD player and iPod dock are located opposite the seating area and above the fireplace that houses an electric fire.
Kitchen
A fully fitted kitchen awaits you during your stay in the Beach haven: New Wave Diamond holiday home. Spacious and light, complete with ample storage space for any groceries you may have brought with you for any self-catering meals you have planned. A u-shaped kitchen includes a ¾-sized fridge freezer, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Plus, a cleaning gift pack and towel on arrival to make sure you have the cleaning essentials to hand.
Dining Area
Located just across from the u-shaped kitchen are a standalone dining table and four chairs. Whilst the Beach Haven: New Wave Diamond is set up to accommodate up to six people, unfortunately, the dining area lacks the additional seating to allow you all to sit down and enjoy a meal together.
Main Bedroom – Double
Located at the rear of the accommodation is the main bedroom of the holiday home. A double bed with access from both sides allows for a comfortable stay. Complete with wardrobe, over-bed cabinets and dressing table with mirror and padded stool. As well as a wall-mounted flat-screen TV to enable you to enjoy a late-night film or lazy mornings snuggled in bed. An en-suite WC with a heated towel rail means that you won’t all be fighting to use the same toilet.
Bedroom 2 – Twin
Comprising 2’3” wide twin beds the room is set up for children or adults who may be staying in the holiday home. A wardrobe and cabinets provide ample storage space for clothing and accessories throughout your stay.
Bedroom 3 – Small Twin
A compact version of bedroom 2, this bedroom houses 2’ wide twin beds, which could be pushed together to make a wider bed if required (you would need to pull out the bedside table separating the beds before moving them together. Due to the compact nature of this bedroom, only cabinets are available as storage during your stay.
Shower Room with WC
The main shower room for the holiday home is located off the main foyer and opposite the bedroom. Convenient and private to utilise without having to go through the main living areas. Comprising of a WC, sink with mirror above, heated towel rail and shower unit. It is bright, modern and spacious enough for a family to use – especially if a parent needs to assist with washing little ones.
Decking Area with Hot Tub
The wraparound decked areas on the Beach Have: new Wave Diamond holiday home provides a stepped entrance up to the entry doors. Whilst the decked area towards the front of the holiday homes boasts a gas-fuelled BBQ and picnic table for outdoor dining. A separate fenced-off area for the hot tub helps to keep little ones away from the hot tub if they are unsupervised. An on-site engineer coming over on your check-in day to run through how to use the hot tub, the safety aspects you need to be aware of and how to replace the lid when the hot tub is not in use.
