How we got on:
Now I am a ‘Plain Jane’ when it comes to food so I handed this review over to Mr Boo who loves a good curry but due to the time restraints does often get a ‘home cooked’ curry.
Mr Boo:
‘The instructions were simple and easy to understand. I did however use a little too much oil when making the Tikka Masala and this showed when I added the sauces.
The cooking time was short which meant it would make a great fast dinner, or good to pull out of the cupboard if you suddenly have unexpected guests over to eat dinner.
I decided to serve the Tikka Masala with egg fried rice. It was very tasty, good flavours and spicy but mild.‘
