Hi, I am Becky Goddard-Hill and I’ve been blogging FOREVER! I have 9 blogs, 5 of which are really active and my main areas of interest are homes interiors and lifestyle and parenting and budgeting and crafts. So pretty wide-ranging interest! My main 2 blogs are A Beautiful Space and Family Budgeting. I have 2 fabulous kids, am a life-long Veggie and am about to have a book published by Harper Collins on Happiness for Kids which I have co-written with fellow blogger Penny Alexander
Q1. How would your best friend describe you? (not sure then ask them)
My BF said beautiful, generous, loyal, soppy, clever, confident, full of love & great company
Q2. What is your favourite thing about blogging?
I love the freedom it gives me to earn a living from writing whilst still having oodles of time with my kids
Q3. If you could change anything about blogging, what would it be?
Oh, I would like to change how judgemental people can be about each other..I believe there is a space and a place for everyone and it’s okay to do it your own way.
Q4. If you were invited to a Blogger’s Cocktail Party, which three bloggers would you invite and why?
I would invite Emma Bradley (Emma and 3) Cass Bailey (Frugal Family) and Penny Alexander (Parentshaped) my friends, teammates and the most supportive bloggers I know
Q5. What is the best blogging tip you have been given?
Find your tribe! It can be a lonely old business and good friends doing a similar job make all the difference
Q6. When you aren’t blogging, where is your favourite place to visit for a day out?
I belong to a tiny private library that has a walled garden and deep velvet chairs. It makes me so happy to visit there
Q7. Tell us about your guilty pleasure. It could be food, drink, a TV programme or your favourite band.
My guilty pleasure has to be flowers. I always love to have a house full of flowers
Q8. If you knew you were going to be marooned on a desert island and could take 3 luxury items with you, what would they be?
My iphone!

Q9. What was the last good book you read?
The last good book I read was Eleanor Oliphant is completely fine – it was lovely/shocking/sad/uplifting and moving – all the emotions!
Q10. Describe your perfect date night?
My perfect date night would be a lovely meal and great chat with the one I love followed by a romantic stroll home hand in hand
