There are many things that come into our lives and go again but there is one thing that has the magic to drift in and out of our lives yet still make us feel as though it never left us… I am of course talking about the magic of Disney.
Disney films have to be the most watched films within the Boo Roo and Tigger Too DVD collection, whether we are falling in love with Beauty and the Beast, going on a rescue mission with Toy Story or enjoying the capers of the witches in Hocus Pocus.
Whilst we are huge fans of the films there is one thing that is one our family bucket list, going to see the Disney On Ice tour. The ‘100 Years of Magic: Disney On Ice’ tour is currently working its way around the UK. Throughout September and October the tour will visit Glasgow, Manchester and Birmingham, eventually ending up in London at the end of the year.
Join the celebration as more than 60 of Disney’s unforgettable characters from 18 beloved stories come to life in Disney On Ice celebrates 100 Years of Magic! Join the one and only Mickey Mouse, the irresistible Minnie Mouse, Goofy, Donald Duck, Jiminy Cricket, Pinocchio, and all the Disney Princesses in a skating spectacular you’ll remember forever.
When to visit?
With Roo and Tigger celebrating their birthday’s in early November I’m thinking that this might be the perfect birthday treat. With the tour visiting different parts of the UK they are all a good drive away from us so a night in a hotel might be called for… plus it lets us enjoy the day without worrying about the drive home afterwards.
With the Disney On Ice show incorporating so many Disney and Disney/Pixar characters it is hard to guess which would be Roo and Tigger’s favourite. I think that Roo would be loyal to her Disney Princesses as she has held them in her heart since she was a toddler, whereas Tigger I feel would gravitate towards Toy Story especially Buzz Lightyear.
