Ingredients
2 slices Warburtons Wholemeal
2 tsp light mayonnaise
2 thick slices left over roast beef or 75g ready prepared roast beef
2 tbsp spicy tomato salsa
Handful of watercress or rocket, optional
Serves 1

Method
- Spread each slice of bread with 1tsp of mayo
- Lay the roast beef on one slice of bread, top with the salsa, the watercress or rocket if using and the second slice of bread
- Slice in half and enjoy
