One day, Paxton and Thomas are misbehaving on some bumpy track.
But then Thomas loses his puff…

One day whilst The Fat Controller was explaining to the engines about a section of damaged track, Thomas and Paxton were not listening, too busy laughing at a nearby duck. The Fat Controller raised his voiced and explained that he didn’t want any accidents!
Later that day Thomas and Paxton arrived at the section of broken track and slowly puffed over it, it made their radiators rattle, which they thought was fun. Deciding to puff over it at speed Thomas pulled backwards and bashed into Toby who was filling up at the water tower, the bash splashed water all over him and put out Thomas’ firebox.
Paxton realised that The Fat Controller had told them not to be silly and now there had been an accident, so he dashed off to deliver his trucks to the shunting yard. Toby catches up with Paxton just as he over hears him telling Stafford that Thomas had lost his puff. Paxton decides to search around Sodor to try and find Thomas’ lost puff.
After searching around the island and asking many engines Paxton does feel like he is any closer to finding Thomas’ lost puff. Being a diesel he realises his doesn’t know much about steam engines so goes off to find Victor at the Steamworks.
