Ingredients
200g Shredded salt beef
25g Gherkins, cut into thin strips
25g Whole grain mustard
25g Mayonnaise
5g Chopped parsley
50g Mini Cheddars
Salt and pepper
Directions
- In a bowl mix the salt beef, gherkins, mustard, mayonnaise, parsley and seasoning
- Place a Mini Cheddar on a plate, spoon on a layer of the salt beef mixture and top with another Mini Cheddar
