How to make Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Ingredients
- 2 Sticks Butter
- ½ Cup Sugar
- ½ Cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 1 1/2 Cups of Flour
- 1 Cup Quick Cook Oats
- ½ tsp. Baking Soda
- ½ tsp. Salt
- 1 12 oz. Bag of Mini Chocolate Chips
Directions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine melted butter, sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix well.
- Slowly add flour, oats, soda, and salt and mix well.
- Fold in mini chocolate chips.
- Roll into 1″ balls and place on a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper about 2″ apart.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
