Last weekend Roo and I managed to escape down to London with either Tigger or Mr Boo… a cheeky girlie day out! In the afternoon we were headed to the Tesco Toy Team filming, however as we had grabbed an earlier train we managed to squeeze in a trip to the Museum of London.
Heading to the Museum of London was nice and easy, sandwiched between Barbican and St Paul’s tube stations. With free admission throughout the year (only closing 24-26 December) it makes an interesting day out whether you decide to take the children or not.
With 9 permanent galleries to walk, explore and learn more about the wonderful city of London in…
- London Before London
- Roman London
- Medieval London
- War, Plague & Fire
- Expanding City: 1666-1850s
- People’s City: 1850s-1940s
- World City: 1950s-today
- The City Gallery
- The Sackler Hall
